Very Satisfied with Work Performed

I am writing to let you know that I am very satisfied with the work performed by your team. They explained everything to me in the morning, and by evening, everything was done. I was not without heat for any night and the new AC is keeping our home much cooler. Even the kids bedroom was always much warmer than the other bedrooms.
