I am writing to express to you my gratitude for the outstanding job that you and your team did in dealing with my home performance upgrade project. When I initially contacted you it was because I my home was drafty, frigid cold in the winter, and blistering hot in the summer. I am happy to report that as a result of your team’s hard work my home is now more comfortable than it has ever been! In addition to the added comfort, I have also already noticed a significant reduction in my energy bills in comparison to this time last year. My goals of increasing the comfort of my home and saving money have been achieved, I cannot thank you enough. Please extend my gratitude to the office manager Shannon for her consistent and rapid responses to my calls and inquiries about the paperwork and scheduling processes. Please also note that while your installation crew was in my home, they treated it with the utmost respect and were very polite and pleasant.
